This restaurant by Hot Stone Steak and Sishi Bar owner Shrabaneswor Rai showcases the breadth of Nepalese cuisine. Head Chef Joe Allen, who secured his three month Nepalese pop up Kitycow at Hush Mayfair after appearing on the BBC’s My Million Pound Menu, prepares regional specialties such as steamed chicken dumplings and monkfish choila – grilled, spiced fish with cucumber salad and beaten rice.
